SAR / Tarhal is operated by Misoor, providing navigation and offline mapping services for natural and challenging terrain. This policy accurately describes the data we access, how we process it, and how we protect it. We are committed to compliance with official App Store privacy standards.
The App accesses your location via GPS to display your position on the map, provide navigation services, and accurately record your trip tracks even when the App is running in the background or the screen is locked to prevent data loss. This data is processed locally on your device only and is never transmitted to our servers at any time.
The App utilizes the background audio mode to provide continuous turn-by-turn voice navigation instructions during your journey, ensuring you reach your destination safely without needing to keep your screen on. No audio data is recorded or collected from you.

When you request a map download, the App connects to our server (sar.misoor.com) to retrieve map files only. A standard HTTP file request is sent, with no personal data or identifiers transmitted.
All payments are processed entirely by your device's official App Store (e.g., Apple App Store). We do not receive credit card details or any financial information. We only receive a subscription status confirmation to activate Pro features.
If you choose to submit feedback, we collect:
Data is sent via encrypted HTTPS and used solely to respond to you and improve the App. It is never shared with any party.

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we discover that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.
We may update this policy periodically to reflect the evolution of App features or store requirements. Material changes will be announced within the App. The date of the latest revision is shown in the page header.

يستخدم التطبيق ميزة تشغيل الصوت في الخلفية لتقديم إرشادات الملاحة الصوتية (التوجيه خطوة بخطوة) أثناء رحلتك، لضمان وصولك بأمان دون الحاجة لإبقاء شاشة الجهاز مفتوحة طوال الوقت. لا يتم تسجيل أو جمع أي بيانات صوتية منك.

عند طلب تنزيل خريطة، يتصل التطبيق بخادمنا (sar.misoor.com) لجلب ملفات الخرائط فحسب. يُرسَل طلب HTTP اعتيادي لتحميل الملف فقط، دون إرسال أي بيانات شخصية أو معرّفات.
تُعالَج المدفوعات بالكامل عبر متجر التطبيقات الرسمي لنظام جهازك (مثل Apple App Store). لا نتلقى بيانات الدفع أو معلومات البطاقة الائتمانية. نتلقى فقط تأكيد حالة الاشتراك لتفعيل الميزات الاحترافية.
إذا اخترت إرسال ملاحظة، نجمع:
تُرسَل البيانات عبر اتصال مشفر HTTPS وتُستخدَم حصراً للرد عليك وتحسين التطبيق، ولا تُشارَك مع أي جهة.

لا نبيع أي بيانات ولا نشاركها مع أطراف ثالثة، باستثناء الحالتين التاليتين فقط:
التطبيق غير مُوجَّه للأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم بصورة متعمدة. إذا اكتشفنا أننا جمعنا بيانات طفل دون 13 سنة، سنحذفها فوراً.
قد نُحدِّث هذه السياسة دورياً بما يتناسب مع تطور ميزات التطبيق أو متطلبات المتاجر. التغييرات الجوهرية ستُعلَن عبر التطبيق. تاريخ آخر تعديل مذكور في رأس الصفحة.
